My approach is structured and practical, focusing on how people engage with one another rather than assigning blame or getting stuck in repetitive arguments. In couples work, I help partners move out of cycles of defensiveness and into more collaborative, skillful ways of communicating. This includes developing the ability to understand one another clearly, express concerns directly, and work toward solutions that feel fair and sustainable.
