Workout plans and diet charts are provided after enrolling the membership, workout plans are customised to suit the individuals, taking into consideration their Training goals, age, experience, special condition etc.,
Personal Training also provided at nominal rates. Floor trainers are appointed to take care of the general clients and Personal Trainers also help the general client who are in need of guidance
